A few quick links on this Wednesday morning:
When the United States attacked Hitler, would anyone have worried that it was going to create world-wide sympathy for the Nazis? America had a clear focus on the enemy, and we were unfied in the defeat of this enemny. The shallow political stunt of accussing Bush of creating more terrorists is played out. The liberals will say or do anything to regain their power. The NY Sun has the real news out of Iraq. Brian, Steve and Gretchen covered it on Fox and Friends too.
Gull at Perish The Thought totally gets it. So does Wixbang. So does AJ Strata.
Hilary and Bill think Bush is the enemy. Dick Morris exposes the Clinton lies.
The Education Wonks have their weekly Carnival of Education. I’m certain you would enjoy this smorgasboard of interesting reading.
Michelle Malkin is fierely independant and relentless in her efforts to expose Islamic extremism. Opera Rage: Idomeneo and Islam exposes the idiocy of radical Isalm.
There is a fascinating review of opening night at the Metropolitan Opera. The production was Puccini’s Madama Butterfly, and it sounds dreadful. Butterfly’s entratta in Act I is one of the most gorgeous moments in all the repertoire.
The NY Post has more on the Met’s opening night.
Hot Air has had week long retropsective and study on Bill Clinton’s hypocrisy. Today, they expose his finger wagging at Peter Jennings. Bill Clinton is so cheaply transparent. He plays the same routines over and over in the manner of a cheap comic, and his oblivious minions are still fawning after dozens of repetitions of the same circus trick.
If Bill Clinton and his advisors knew the media tirade they were setting off, they might have reconsidered his rehearsed rage for Chris Wallace on Fox New Sunday. Brent Bozell pens a common sense deconstruction of Bill’s latest temper tantrum. Clinton’s moonbat following cheers one with fauz indignation at the Fox News Networks “right wing hit piece.” These moonbats live in an alternative reality.
David Limbaugh totally gets it right: “What other nation in history has obsessively investigated itself during time of war? When are we going to quit beating ourselves up and move down the road?”
“Just a few weeks ago, we were treated to Phase 2 of the Senate Intelligence Committee’s report analyzing our failures of prewar intelligence for the millionth time. The Committee — with a nominal majority of Republicans and a working majority of antiwar members — reported that the administration had been wrong in alleging a relationship between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda.”
“As Republican Chairman Pat Roberts made clear, the working majority cherry picked the evidence to conclude there was no relationship when the weight of the evidence indicated there was — going back 10 years, no less. Condoleezza Rice confirmed that there were always dissenting opinions, but that the prevailing view among our intelligence agencies was that there was indeed a relationship.”
Seth hits the nail again.
You won’t believe these moonbat rants.
I was NEVER a fan of Charlotte Church, but she lost a fan and supporter in Michelle Malkin. Michelle blasts Charlotte’s latest tawdry foray into the industry.

Thespis –
The above collection of links should serve to help transform anyone living on the left side of things into right thinkers, but our society is, unfortunately, congested with the chronically obtuse, most of whom list to port.
Oooh! Every time anyone mentions opera in any context, I immediately envision an awesome goddess called Maria Ewing, singing Carmen.
And thanks for tracking back, the great Phin has replaced my former nonfunctioning system with Haloscan’s version, which works.
