The Theater Community had is biggest night this past Sunday evening with the annual awarding of the Antoinette Perry awards for excellence on Broadway. Almost from the beginning, the Tony Awards have been controversial, and no one in the theater community is ever short of a strident, if sometimes poorly informed opinion.
